On 15 July, Eat Right conducted a talk for endurance athletes.
Though everyone knows training strategies for endurance sports are crucial, not many know about nutrition strategies for endurance sports.
The session was really fruitful and many found it informative as they have learnt ways to improve their training, actual sports performance, and post-sport recovery.
